Refund policy

Patterns

Given the nature of digital content, a refund or credit on a purchase is not granted unless a refund is required under US consumer law or other relevant consumer protection laws.

We will assess refund or credit requests on their merits, considering the digital nature of Max & Meena Patterns and the type of item preview that was available before purchase. There is no obligation to provide a refund or credit in the following situations:

  1. you have changed your mind about an item;
  2. you bought an item by mistake;
  3. you do not have sufficient expertise to use the item.
  4. you did not correctly add a discount code in the checkout process;

Refunds will be given in the event of a duplicate purchase. The most current duplicate item will be refunded.

Fabric

We do not accept returns on any items unless the item was sent damaged and not disclosed in the item listing or if the item became damaged during transit. If you are worried about your order being lost or damaged in transit we urge you to reach out to use to add additional shipping insurance (at your cost). 

Damaged Goods

If your order was damaged in transit please email maxandmeena@gmail.com and we will either do one of the following:

a. Send a return shipping label (at no cost to you) to send the damaged item back.   A refund or exchange will be issued once the damaged item is returned.

b. Send an identical (where available) product at no additional cost you and let you keep the damaged item.

or

c. If the product is no longer available, and no alternatives are suitable, we will refund your original payment.

You will be required to provide proof of damage.

Refunds/Exchanged are authorized at the discretion of Max & Meena Inc.
